What we mean by studio
A studio is a room where work gets made. In ours, AI is at the bench and a founder is at the door.
Iterix runs as a set of studios. Each one owns a part of the work. In every studio, AI does the work and a founder approves what leaves.
How a studio starts
Every studio starts from a bootstrap: a short written brief that says what the studio owns, what it may not touch, and when it has to stop and ask. The AI reads it before it does anything else.
The studios hand work to each other in writing. Nothing depends on what one of them remembers.
The studios share one record of what is true. The claim Marketing approves is the claim Design puts on screen, Content writes and Build ships.
What we keep to ourselves
The bootstraps themselves stay inside Iterix. We may share more of how this works later.
