This Privacy Policy describes how Iterix Systems, LLC ("Iterix," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information about individuals who visit our website (iterix.ai) (the "Site"), contact us, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, "you").
Important scope note: This Privacy Policy covers the Site only. Axiom, at myaxiom.world, has its own Privacy Policy, which governs information collected there.

We collect information you provide when you:
- Contact us: Name, work email address, and the content of your inquiry.
- Communicate with us: Content of emails, support requests, or feedback you send to us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

- Infrastructure and hosting providers (Supabase, Railway)

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
6.1 What We Use
The Site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or preferences.
6.2 Your Choices
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
6.3 Analytics
We use Grafana to collect and analyze usage data without cookies. Usage data is subject to that provider's privacy policy. We configure our analytics tools to minimize personal data collection where possible.

7.1 Your Information

7.2 Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional or service-related communications.
7.3 California Residents — CCPA/CPRA Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA with respect to personal information we collect about you in our capacity as a business:
- Right to know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: We do not sell or share personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted under CCPA/CPRA.
- Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

7.4 Authorized Agents
California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf. We may require verification of the agent's authorization before processing the request.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These measures include encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and security monitoring.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
9. Data Transfers
Iterix is based in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Iterix does not currently serve customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement appropriate transfer mechanisms as required by applicable law.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
