    Give Axiom a goal and a budget ceiling. Axiom proposes the Roles, and you approve them.

  2. As you trust it

    Start by approving everything. As you trust it, give Roles the tools for routine steps, so they stop waiting on you. Anything that leaves your business still comes to you.

  3. Where it stops

    When a Role reaches a one-way door or steps outside its charter, it stops and escalates to a human.
